The Balance Festival is a brand new destination for Londoners to discover a fresh approach to healthy eating, fitness and general wellbeing.
Attending the festival will be some of the biggest names within the fitness and food industry that will discuss their own journeys, their aspirations for the future and will give out invaluable advice to the visitors.
The live cooking theatre will feature some of the most influential figures within the food industry. Some of the names include Healthy Chef Steph, Clean Eating Alice, Mindful Chef and many, many more.
Alongside the live cooking theatre there will also be influential fitness figues such as Zanna Van Dijk, Michael James Wong, Tameka Small and plenty of others. There will also be the opportunity to take part in many fitness classes that will be happening over the 3 days. Visitors have the chance to attend cutting-edge fitness classes, introducing new ways of exercise alongside more everyday fitness classes such as yoga with the London based yoga company Triyoga and spinning classes with the Kings Cross based studio Boom Cycle.
Fashion will also be a key topic at the festival and with the current rise in Athleisure the demand for sportswear is very high. Brands such as Acai Activewear, Harvey and Mills, J.Lindeberg, Nakeid and Speedo will all be selling their products at the Athleisure Village. This is a collaborative project with InStyle magazine and The Active Man, the online destination for fashionable performancewear.
