Salone del Mobile 2016 kicked off today in the style capital of Milan. Every year in April, Milan Design Week transforms the city into a hub of inspiration, with a week packed with events, exhibitions and presentations. The 55th edition of the fair continues to exceed design expectations, with pop-up design spaces by COS × Sou Fujimoto (Forest of Light), Eco-packaging concepts by Eco Packaging Concept AMAM and elemental kitchen design by Tom Dixon x Caesarstone.
From 13 – 15th April 2016, Trendstop is hosting a STYLE / SPACE / EXPERIENCE inspiration trip to Milan during Salone del Mobile for fashion and lifestyle CEO’s. This new trend experience invites you to discover Milan from a consumer trend perspective, with an extensive exploration of the innovative design spaces, behind-the-scenes talks from concept store managers and private tours of exhibitions by COS, Nendo and Tom Dixon.

The event also includes private tours of exhibitions by COS, Nendo and Tom Dixon. These outings will provide the opportunity for discussion on topics of considered design, such as exploring new approaches to modern innovation. Visitors will get the chance to meet the curators and designers behind each exhibition, discovering new collaborations and collections within curated exhibition spaces.
MILAN DESIGN WEEK – NEW DESIGNERS
Our event includes a first look at the latest innovations in modern design with inspirational works by up and coming brands at Milan Furniture Fair, complete with one-on-one discussions with the designers themselves. Attendees will discover the back story behind each featured piece, together with why it has been developed and how it will interact with the consumer.
