Trendstop’s Top Five Christmas Campaigns of 2015

As we edge closer to the festive season, leading fashion brands and retailers are releasing their new Christmas campaigns to inspire consumers with their annual holiday collections. The Trendstop team has selected a round-up of the best commercials emerging for 2015, spanning high-fashion labels and high street stores alike.

 John Lewis

One of the most highly-anticipated campaigns of the year, upmarket department store chain John Lewis is known for its sentimental Christmas adverts. This time around, raising awareness for Age UK, ‘On the Moon’ sees a young girl transport a present to a lonely elderly man stranded on the moon.

Designer label Burberry celebrates all things British with a star-studded tribute to the 15th anniversary of cinematic classic Billy Elliot. Shot by Mario Testino, the film features famous faces like Romeo Beckham, Naomi Campbell and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley dancing and leaping in signature Burberry styles.

Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter

Luxury e-commerce destinations Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter have teamed up on their first ever joint campaign. The short film ‘All for You’ promotes both brand’s premium service and directional style, as perfectly wrapped holiday gifts are posted around the globe.

The campaign by British fashion brand Mulberry puts a tongue-in-cheek spin on the story of the Nativity, as a farmer, shepherd and three wise men journey to see the ‘Mulberry Miracle’ of a newly unwrapped red leather Bayswater tote.

Trendstop - Katy Perry for H&M Holiday 2015

Pop superstar Katy Perry sprinkles some stardust for Swedish high street retailer H&M, featuring in a new advert and print campaign that will launch on November 23. As well as modelling the Holiday 2015 collection, Perry will also provide the soundtrack with her cover of ‘Every Day Is A Holiday.’
