Thom Browne Spring/Summer 2013 Inspires Colorful Editorial

We love it when a plan comes together – or, more specifically, an editorial. Photographer Charlie Engman and stylist Angela Esteban have created a Thom Browne-themed shoot for Metal magazine’s 29th issue, utilizing the bold check and plaid designs from the designer’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection to create images bursting with rainbow-hued prints. Models Anna Martynova and Sebastian Sauve pose in lightweight cotton shirts, pants and beaded coats against picnic blanket backdrops and jumbled beds of assorted fabrics, each shot lively with color in energetic clashes of prints. The effect is fun and colorful, inspiring notions of laundry bag chic.
