Looking for some new Fall/Winter styles, but uninspired by everything your usual shopping haunts have to offer? Well, you’re in luck! US brand Free People has just launched its highly-anticipated UK site. As the sister label of Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie, it offers a wealth of affordable, laid-back Americana apparel, in addition to accessories and shoes – perfect for online shoppers looking for something a bit different.
“Free People isn’t about what you’re wearing, but how you wear it”, says Lauren Cohan, the brand’s Art Director. “Whether you style them in a tough tomboy, romantic and pretty, or a bohemian way, it’s all about taking the pieces and making them your own.”
Founded by Dick Hayne, Free People originally started as a small boutique in Seventies Philadelphia, before the company later branched out into brands like Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie.
As with the US version of the site, FreePeople.co.uk offers free returns, with no customs or duty fees – not to mention free standard delivery for the whole of November, in celebration of the launch.
