Following a hugely successful season that has culminated in Underground England cementing their crown as ‘King of the Creeper’, two new collaborations have been unveiled for the upcoming Fall 2012 season.
Firstly, Norwegian designer Fam Irvoll who made her London Fashion Week debut with a collection entitled ‘Monstermash.’ Her innovative designs took inspiration from Ghostbusters, cartoons and other ghoulish creatures with a distinctly gelato pastel color palette. Underground then translated Irvoll’s prints onto classic creepers in an array of of-the-moment sherbet suede colors providing the icing on the cake to a deliciously devilish collection.
Last weekend saw Underground make their second London Fashion Week appearance at the Sibling presentation. The custom made acidic orange leopard print Cuban heel boots worked perfectly with the bold prints and eclectic designs that Sibling unveiled. Knitted patterns incorporating mouse skulls and Aztec designs also found themselves emblazoned onto pointed creepers creating an exciting yet wearable collaboration.
Both collaborations will be available to buy from www.underground–england.co.uk this coming Fall.
